This client had very modern taste, and the bathroom was the first room to be updated in a 50-year-old home. The challenge was to work out the tone they wanted to set for everything that would follow.
Some clients prefer to see a 3D model once the working drawings are done, so they can really understand the design. We built one for this room; compare the renderings with the finished space.
The work continued into the rest of the house: a second bath, a kitchen, and replacing a large single-story section with two stories. The house would have stairs for the first time, which is always a fun design problem.
